Guideline for Using Online Platform (ZOOM)
- The conference will be using ZOOM as a virtual platform. Therefore, you have to create ZOOM account at https://www.zoom.us/signup
- You are suggested to download ZOOM apps here https://zoom.us/download
- This conference will use two different links based on Event Day. Please do join this link:

- Day 2: https://shorturl.at/WXxC6 (Passcode: sms2024)
- Before joining the session, you are required to download the virtual background. Please kindly use the provided virtual background during the conference session.

Guideline for Online Presentation
- The program book can be downloaded from HERE.
- The Program and Presentation Schedules are available in this website.
- Kindly check your presentation slot. All participants have 15 minutes to present their papers and another 5 minutes for Questions and Answers.
- Please display your slides and show your face during presentation.
Guideline for Session Chairs
- Introduce the session, and then each author/paper-title before start presentation. Be sure please to respect the schedule (15 min presentation + 5 min Q/A).
- Take chat questions from conversation/Q&A window during the presentation.
- Read the questions to the presenting author during the Q&A period with absolutely no delay on the allocated Q&A slots.
- Conclude the session and check attendance.
- Make sure the time is not violated (very important!!!)
