The paper must strictly follow the template given below. Authors may use the word format or Latex format for the preparation of the paper. All submitted papers should be in the form of pdf file.<\/p>\n

The length of each submission is suggested to be between 12 to 15 pages by using the given template (i.e. it is equivalent to about 5~7 pages if using IEEE template).<\/p>\n

Papers will be considered for publication only if at least one of the authors is officially registered and present the paper in the conference.<\/p>\n

In addition, the authors are suggested to do similarity check before their submission to avoid copyright problems. It is expected that the similarity index is below 20%.<\/p>\n
