• • Normal participant: USD 350

* One paid registration allows for one person to present the respective paper. Multiple papers registration will require payment for each paper.

Payment Instructions 

• • payment option is only by using credit card through EDAS system (for all participants).
  • All credit card payments are to be made in United States Dollar (USD) either by Visa/Master Card. This could be done using your EDAS account. The payment link is also given in the Notification of acceptance email.

Participation withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

In the event of any participation cancellation / withdrawal, or no show during the conference, or any similar circumstances, there shall be NO REFUND of the payment to be made by the Organiser of SMS 2026.
